Structured Offboarding Process

Offboarding an employee no longer requires HR Administrator to send and reply to emails. Neither does HR Administrator need to call or text the employee on mobile devices.

The Offboarding Module in PayAdvisorMobile® enables HR Administrator to configure different offboarding templates with automated exit checklists, knowledge transfer workflows and clearance processes. HR Administrator can configure when and what information is required of an employee and follow up through an automated email system.

Upon receiving a resignation letter, HR can send an exit interview questionnaire for the departing employee and arrange a face-to-face meeting. The meeting becomes more fruitful because the exit interview has already been completed and can be used to facilitate discussion.
