Q1 Which mobile operating system (OS) does the PayAdvisorMobile® application run on?
The PayAdvisorMobile® application runs on mobile devices (including tablets) with:
- Android OS v5.0 (Lollipop) and above
- iOS 12.0 and above
We recommend keeping your device updated to the latest OS version for the best experience.
Q2 What are the mobile phone hardware requirements for PayAdvisorMobile®?
Recommended specifications:
- 1 GHz CPU or faster
- At least 2 GB RAM
- At least 50 MB of internal storage available
- GPS Satellite Support (for geo-location function)
- LTE / 4G / WiFi support (for data communication)
- 5 MP Camera with autofocus (for facial recognition and receipt scanning)
- NFC (Android only) if NFC scanning feature is to be used
Q3 Which phones have been tested for compatibility with PayAdvisorMobile®?
PayAdvisorMobile® has been tested on a wide range of devices including:
- Samsung Galaxy S series (S10 and above)
- Samsung Galaxy Note series

- iPhone 6s and above
- Huawei P and Mate series
- Xiaomi Mi and Redmi series

Q4 How do I download the PayAdvisorMobile® app?
You can download PayAdvisorMobile® from:
- Android: Google Play Store
- iOS: Apple App Store
Search for "PayAdvisorMobile®" in your app store, or scan the QR code provided by your company administrator.
Account Questions
Q5 I am having trouble logging in. What should I do?
If you are having trouble logging in:
- Ensure your username and password are correct (case-sensitive)
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try using a different browser
- Contact your company administrator to verify your account status
- If the issue persists, contact our support at contact@payadvisormobile.com
Q6 Can I register for an account on my own?
PayAdvisorMobile® uses a company-managed account system. Your company administrator will create your account and send you an invitation with login credentials. Self-registration is not available to maintain security and data integrity.
If you believe you should have access, please contact your HR department or company administrator.
Q7 How can I update my personal profile information?
You can update your personal information through the Employee Self-Update module:
- Log in to PayAdvisorMobile® (web or mobile app)
- Navigate to your Profile section
- Update the relevant fields (address, phone, emergency contact, etc.)
- Submit for approval (if required by your company policy)
Some fields may require HR approval before changes take effect.
Pricing & PSG Grant
Q8 What is the pricing for PayAdvisorMobile®?
Pricing starts from SGD 2.50 per employee per month for companies with over 200 employees. Tiered pricing:
- 1–100 employees: SGD 4.00/employee/month
- 101–150 employees: SGD 3.50/employee/month
- 151–200 employees: SGD 3.00/employee/month
- 200+ employees: SGD 2.50/employee/month
Q9 Is PayAdvisorMobile® eligible for PSG Grant?
Yes, PayAdvisorMobile® is IMDA pre-approved under the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG). Eligible Singapore SMEs can receive up to 50% funding support for the adoption of our HRMS solution.
